Monday, March 28th

So here it is...my Monday....along with a 30 minute workout.


Breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled with ketchup, coffee with sugar and milk, the very edge (crust as N calls it) of an eggo mini waffle.
Snack-4 small pretzel twists, water
Lunch-Turkey and cheese on wheat bread, with low fat mayo, water
Coffee
Snack-handful of red grapes
Dinner- pretty much chicken parm (breaded chicken breasts, baked, with crucshed tomatoes and garlic powder), spaghetti noodles, and spinach, water.
Snack-handful of m&m's
